it means if you know the time is right, do it! that's when your heart and head are agreeing. Deep inside of you, there's peace and excitement! You look to God for one more confirmation and he gives it to you, and you know the word is do it NOW! Bless the name of the Lord!
Trust God, even if you hit some walls, it's okay...if God is with you, difficulties will pass and great things are ahead.
