have you had your breakfast yet? if you haven't, I recommend this super breakfast. It's a gourmet one. and you can order it SuperSize. You can't buy it at McD's or L&L or Zippy's, but what you need for it, is in your own house. All you need is:
1. The Bible
2. a pen
3. a notebook
4. cup of hotwater and lemonjuice in it
I tried this breakfast this morning and found out something great while I was eating it. So, in my notebook I wrote the title of this post. There was a king who ruled Israel named Ahab. He was given a chance by the Lord to kill an enemy of the Lord and his people named Ben-hadad but Ahab compromised and made a deal with the guy, God became upset with Ahab and cursed Ahab. As if that wasn't enough, Ahab wanted something that was not his, he wanted Naboth's vineyard. Like a spoiled brat he pouted until his evil wife Jezebel did get the vineyard for him at the cost of Naboth's life. Again, the Lord sent his prophet Elijah to tell Ahab the curse that is going to happen to him and his entire household. When Ahab heard the curse that will come upon his household, he humbled himself before God and fasted. And, just like our loving Father, he forgave Ahab but, sadly what Ahab sowed was reaped by his children and their children and I believe the whole family. You see, it's a matter of obedience. God's word will not come back to him void, it will do what the Lord said He will do. Like Ahab, we can repent and God in His mercy will forgive us, however; we will still reap. Like the Lord laid in my heart today, it is a matter of obedience.
