Zerubabel and his hearing, this guy had some major problems with his hearing, there were two prophets who kept going to tell this guy what the Lord was saying, but Zerubabel paid no attention to them, Zerubabel had one special prophet that he wants to listen to, and this prophet's name was Zacharias. Zerubabel had his favorites, and whatever Zacharias said was alright with Zerubabel the other two? forget it! Well, as time went on, things started going down in Zerubabel's ministry and he was at the point of throwing in the towel, then one day the angel came from God and visited Zacharias and told him what to tell Zerubabel...the angel said tell Zerubabel..."it's not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.".. the sermon was right on today....2009 has come and gone, there's some things that we need to thank the Holy Spirit for: (1.) He used us (2.) He gave you some real juicy olives (when you strain the olives it will produce oil that can fuel the lamp (3.) We did not do the job by ourselves, the Holy Spirit was the Senior partner (4.) He anointed you.
I thought to share this sermon by Rev. Dr. Ieti Mageo to begin your New Year with. Now in saying that, if you look at the 4 main points of the sermon, you need the same points this year so you can succeed, because truthfully, it's not by might, nor by power, but by God's Spirit and that is straight from the throne for all of us at ABC this year....happy trails to you....
