If not, then you are due for a fresh touch of the Holy Spirit.
First, find out why you are so frustrated and critical,
Second, find out why you are so unforgiving and full of spite,
Third, find out why you can't stand the other person or their success,
Fourth, find out why you do things and leave them incomplete
Fifth, if you think you can do better then, let me tell you what one wise leader said, "go do something better and greater than the person you criticized."
